I got the same thing T-T anyone know why?

I'm thinking maybe the server's down, idk.
Like when i downloaded it and etc. It was like *theme music* complexity project, etc and then bam! 'error code:-2147287038 (unknown error 0x80030002'

is there a way it can be fixed??? D:
