Friday we had a talk.

So on Friday (Aprily 2, 2010)
All the sixth graders at my school had a "talk".
About the different body parts of female and male.
The males and females were divided into two seperate rooms.
Females were given 3 pamphlets. The pamphelets were,
Puberty.
Pregnancy.
Females.

Puberty
When I opened the Puberty Pamphlet, it showed a picture of the entire female area.
It even showed the males areas.

Pregnancy
I learned that you gotta "insert" a males penis into a women's "vagina" for a woman to become pregnant.
Sperm is released from the penis, and fertilizes and egg from the ovary.
9 months later...
DAH, DAH!
A baby <3.

To tell you the truth,
this class taught be alot that I didn't know.
Though, it was odd talking about the very unusual body parts that humans have.
One girl in the class said, "I feel so violated."
Which I did too, but I didn't say it out loud.

Glad... you got taught this... O.o. But.. aren't you you like 12?!?!? LOL. Pffft, 13 is the year your suppose to be taught.

oH GOSH THEY SHOWED US A VIDEO IN 4TH GRADE OF A BABY BEING BORN AND THE ......WAS OPENING AND....UGH

You guys are lucky you didn't have to watch a video of someone giving birth...in 5TH GRADE.

kinda creepy because my 7th grade teacher was a guy.

I never saw a video of a woman giving birth, just explicit pictures of both bodies in the science book. And the teacher putting on slideshows with pics. FFFFF.

Lol no videos for my skools. Only books. And through only BOOKS, it was pretty awkward....

I found out in Year 2... or 1. Can't remember.
My brother/cousin ran to me with disgusted faces saying that my older cousin (He was in Year 7 at the time) was talking about weird things.
So I went to him, bored, and wanted an excuse to not go to bed. (The time when you didn't want to go bed early. t__t)
Then... he... talked... about stuff. And drew it too... and made stories. & that was how found out.
While I was typing this, my brother read it, and said "You still remember?"

Well, a good thing about stereotyped asian parents (my mum & dad are), is that they never decide to give you "the talk" and they assume you know. Wait, that last bit wasn't good.
