They are trustworthy, I recently got VIP hair from Henesys, REG eye colour and REG eyes that .. failed. LOL. I've gotten around 9k from them in total, but it is your choice. ^^.

no, once you've done it you've done it.

^ No the limit is endless. (Although the majority of surveys don't work.)
And SOME surveys are repeatable. Check your Survey status and there should be "Amount of Times you can redo Survey"
