Incomplete: Complexity Banner

Logo bothers me, a lot. Suggestions anyone? (Color Scheme, etc)

I like the overall of the banner. The logo indeed is ify. A completely different color for the font might help? And I see your usual cursive faded behind the normal font. lol Have you tried to place the logo somewhere else?

Color scheme, eh, I'm not the greatest color person to tell you, but maybe not have white on the gradient of the font overall. Or o-o whatever the color is on the bottom of the font. It fades away the words.

The other way is to have the font set on "soft light" or whichever option, try doing that if you haven't ? To see how it looks. And you could also move it some place else and see how it looks like?
